We clean your entire HVAC system, starting with your supply ducts and finishing with the return duct.

The first step  is to connect a hose from the vacuum truck (15,000 cfm of power) or from a HEPA filtered negative air machine is attached to the main supply line in your system. The vacuum collects dust and debris from your ducts, contains the debris and keeps it from recontaminating your living area. The vacuums we use make duct cleaning a safe, clean and effective process.

Agitation is the next step to proper duct cleaning. A thin high pressure air line (250 psi) is run from the truck to the register branch furthest from your air handler. This is our starting point. This air line,  tipped with an agitation device suited for your system, is used to remove dirt and debris from your register lines and force the debris into the main supply line of your system. This procedure is repeated until all supply registers in your home have been cleaned. The technician will then proceed to the main duct where he feeds the air line through small 1" holes. The agitation device is used once again to dislodge accumulated debris from the walls and push it to the containment vacuum and out of your home. The return ducts are cleaned using the same procedure.

Any access holes are sealed with airtight patches and plugs. The blower compartment, filter bank area, and coil are vacuum cleaned. After this, the filter is cleaned or replaced. A higher quality filter may be recommended and can be ordered for you by the technician.  If mold or mildew are detected within the HVAC system, a sanitization procedure can be done by the technician.
